Frequently Asked Questions

Simply head to our booking calendar and select the location, date and time that you'd like to attend.

The cost for this experience is £65 per room. Each room accommodates up to two people. You pay for the room rather than the number of participants!

This experience is for 2 people per room. 

If you have a group of 3-4 people, please purchase/book two rooms

No need to go overboard.  Wear some comfortable clothes and footwear that covers your toes.

 You do that and we'll supply the protective gear.​

Sadly we can't let you into The Smash Lab if your toes are showing.  Your safety is of the upmost importance!

The simple answer is, whatever we can get our hands on.

You will receive a large batch of glassware or crockery. Main items can include either printers, TV’s, monitors and copiers etc.

Please note that all items are limited and will vary for each experience.

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own items to destroy. Anything from crockery to glassware, VHS tapes to small electrical items.

 The largest items we can allow customers to bring along are printers, monitors and TV’s.

Please do not bring anything with a gas canister.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your allocated booking slot to fill in the appropriate paperwork and to get suited up. Arrive early so that you don’t cut in to your time inside the room!

Due to the nature of this experience, The Smash Lab is only suitable for over 12’s. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied to our venues by an adult.

All bookings are subject to a free rescheduling prior to 24 hours of the booking time as stated in our terms and conditions. Under no circumstances can we reschedule a booking with less than 24 hours notice.
